Delivery information

Despatch

Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. Orders paid in full are usually despatched the next working day; occasionally, during busy periods, the day after. Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday go out the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery costs

• Free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders over £50 + VAT (£60 inc).
• Orders under £60 are charged £4.99 + VAT (£5.99 inc).
• We are unable to ship internationally at the moment.

Couriers

APC is our standard service. Parcels usually arrive within 3–5 working days and are fully tracked; tracking details are sent on despatch. Where available we pass your contact details to the courier so they can send delivery updates.

On occasion we use Royal Mail, who may deliver on a Saturday, although this is not guaranteed.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
