Returns & refunds

You can return any unused, unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Gel polish, dip powder and liquids that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

How to return

1. Email us with your order number and what you would like to return.
2. We reply with the return address and a reference.
3. Post the item back in its original packaging. Please use a tracked service; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the item reaching us.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, let us know within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the return postage.
