Privacy policy

We collect the details needed to take and deliver your order: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you bought. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order and to send you order updates.
• To raise an invoice in our accounting system.
• To answer your questions.
• If you opted in, to send occasional emails about new shades and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Our couriers (APC, Royal Mail) receive your name, address and contact details to deliver your parcel. Stripe processes payment. Our accounting software (Xero) holds the invoice. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@nailoutlet.co.uk.
